Subject: Reminder of our past memo: “Violating Code of Ethics and Lawyer’s Rights”

MUSAWA – The Palestinian Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession extend their warmest greetings to you, noting to your Excellency that we had sent you a written memo on 22/04/2018, addressing a complaint filed by a lawyer regarding an incident where the professional and judicial code of conduct was violated and the lawyer’s rights were infringed. In our memo, we demanded that the necessary legal action be taken accordingly. Since that date and to this moment we have not received any response as appropriate.

We hope of your Excellency to notify us of the measures taken on your part to address the aforementioned complaint.
