The Eighth Palestine Justice Conference: Where is the Justice System Heading in Light of the Reconciliation?
MUSAWA – The Palestinian Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession organizes and conducts the Eighth Palestine Justice Conference, titled "Where is the Justice System Heading in Light of the Reconciliation?” 12 papers addressing the key challenges to the reform and unification of the justice sector in the context of reconciliation will be presented by a group of local and international experts. The speakers represent a variety of Palestinian as well as international bodies and organizations. At the end of each panel, the floor will be open for discussion and recommendations.
This conference is supported by Sawasya, the UNDP/UN Women/UNICEF Joint Programme ‘Promoting the Rule of Law in the State of Palestine’ (2014-2018)
Ramallah and Gaza will be connected via video conference. Simultaneous translation will be available (Arabic into English and vice versa), in addition to translation into Sign language.
