Moot Court Training Program
As part of its contribution to enhancing the capacities of the Palestinian lawyers; MUSAWA – The Palestinian Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession, in cooperation with the Palestinian Sharia Lawyers Association, announces the start of the registration for the Moot Court Training Program. The program will be facilitated by highly qualified trainers in the legal field, and will focus on Sharia Cases.
Beneficiaries: 30 participants (trainee and newly licensed Sharia lawyers).
Duration and time: Three consecutive days (11-12-13/09/2018), starting at 10:00 am and ending at 2:00 pm.
Location: Palestinian Sharia Lawyers Association in Gaza
Acceptance to the program is conditional to submitting a written letter expressing the desire to participate in the training and guaranteeing full commitment to attend all of the sessions.
