In cooperation with the Palestinian Human Rights Defenders Network, MUSAWA organized a periodic meeting for the coordinators of the PHRDs Network in the northern and southern governorates (through video conference between the West Bank and Gaza). Throughout September 2016, eight meetings in eight different areas (Ramallah, Jerusalem and Jericho; Salfeet and Nablus; Tulqarm and Qalqilya; Jenin and Tubas; Bethlehem and Hebron; Gaza and North Gaza; Gaza’s Middle Governorate; Khan Yunis and Rafah) were carried-out by MUSAWA in cooperation with the Palestinian Human Right Defenders Network. A workshop under the title of “Elections and the Right of Citizens to Choose their Representatives” was conducted by MUSAWA and the Palestinian Human Rights Defenders (PHRDs) Network in the village of Raboud in Hebron.
